Yes, we are covered by a $5,000,000 public liability insurance plan. Our workers are also covered by workers compensation.
All of our cleaners undergo extensive background checks and are required to provide up-to-date police clearance certificates.
When you book a cleaning audit, we will send one of our cleaning experts to meet with you and discuss what you would like done in your cleaning arrangement. From there, we will create a custom cleaning plan, provide you with a precise quote, and work out a suitable day and time for a recurring cleaning appointment going forward.
We will usually provide a fixed-price quote based on what needs to be done in your property. However, if your cleaning needs differ from week to week and you would prefer to pay an hourly rate, our cleaners are available at $62.40/hr inc GST.
Yes. However, if any changes need to be made, we will typically notify you in the weeks prior.
We are available to clean from 7:00 AM til 9:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
Yes, our cleaners have undergone dozens of hours of video training and hands-on training in order to be equipped to properly deal with any cleaning job.

Yes. This can be arranged during your free cleaning audit depending on what needs to be done.

We use envrionmentally-friendly wood cleaner for hardwood floors, and our own eco-friendly solution for tiled surfaces.
We supply our own high quality eco-friendly products and vacuum cleaner. All we would require from you is an adequate mop for use on your floors (this is to avoid cross-contamination between properties). If you do not have a mop on-hand, we can bill one into your initial clean for $20.
If you become ill, we kindly ask that you notify us and reschedule your clean to a later date. This is to avoid spreading any sickness to other people.
For every person you refer to us who becomes a client, you will get your next clean free.
We send invoices via email that can be paid via bank transfer anytime before your next scheduled clean or within 14 days.
